I recently suspected that my home had termites. Kirk McFee from Good News performed an inspection and confirmed that my house had termites. He calmly and kindly explained that my home needed to be tented.
In advance of the estimate, he sent me information about the process so that I could understand the process and ask informed questions. He followed that up by sending the estimate, and gave me time to review, ask more questions, and then ultimately commit to the process.
During the preparation period, Kirk assisted me multiple times. He went the extra mile and helped me with my fence and with follow-up questions that I had about my landscaping.
During the fumigation process, he kept me actively informed and provided pictures and up to date information so that I felt reassured throughout the process.
Upon completion of the process, my place was termite free! Kirk stopped by to return my key, to help me return my fence to order, and to make sure that I was satisfied with the overall service provided.
