Good News Pest Control technicians were all professional and respectful. Mason, Vitaly, and Josh serviced my home for a rodent problem. Josh serviced the home the majority of the time. He was able to work with my work schedule with appointment times and I really did appreciate that. Kevin was the first employee who evaluated the situation and assisted during the time I was having problems. He always called back promptly. I would definitely use Good News again. The company has a great group of employees.

Ryan was extremely thorough. He is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and a man of his word. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of Good News Pest. We’ve had to retain them for a raccoon family who chose our attic to nest in. They safely rescued the babies. That was a few years back. Then in 2024, we contracted them again for a rat problem. They came several times, set traps, caught the creatures, sealed, and sanitized. Well, these rodents are back. I frantically called this a.m. as we have the one-year contract, and Rick arrived at about 2 p.m. today. This rat situation has persisted, and he assured us that he and his team would do everything their company can to eradicate them. They have wreaked havoc and have caused damage to our weather stripping, molding, and chewed holes in our ceiling. Thank you, Ryan, for diligently working on this. 🐀🐀😖 Hopefully, we’ll get these rodents. We are absolutely renewing our contract!

We had rats in the attic, so I called Good News, a company I trust. They came right away, sealed the holes, and set the traps, which they checked regularly. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, particularly Ryan. Ryan is kind, polite, reliable, and even gave me his personal phone number and texted many times to check on the situation. He is clearly dedicated to his customers, and I am extremely pleased and grateful for his help! He even came on the weekend! Ryan showed up when we needed him, provided the highest level of service, and solved our problem!

Good News Pest Solutions provides excellent service. All of our technicians have been great, but our current technician, Bill Chace, goes above and beyond. He is professional, reliable, responsive, and thorough. We appreciate the fact that he calls before he comes to service our property and explains what he is going to do. After the last TWO hurricanes, he made special trips to our home to make sure the rodent stations were full. He is sensitive to our fear of getting another rat inside the house, for which I am beyond grateful. Bill also humors me with his attention to my abhorrence of ants in the home. Found myself being terrorized nightly by a rat that had entered my home. I called on Good News Pest Solutions for removal assistance. To my relief, Greg with Good News called and scheduled a visit to my home the same day. His inspection was thorough and informative, suggesting exactly what I needed to do to prepare my home so that the traps he was placing would be successful. The next morning I notified Greg that the rat was trapped. The kindest part of the ordeal was that Greg immediately offered to remove the trapped rat and was there within 15 minutes. I was so relieved to have that rodent out of my home. The response of Good News to my need was immediate and the follow-up and removal was exceptional! Thank you, Greg and Good News!
