Giving Thanks Today and Always

The last couple weeks of November is probably our third favorite time of the year.

On Easter, we honor Jesus' sacrifice on the cross and subsequent resurrection that brought us redemption and new beginnings. Creation, of course, echoes that new start.

Christmas, as with many, is our favorite. We get to celebrate the birth of the child who would become our Savior, as well as the love of family and friends coming together.

But Thanksgiving is something special.

A man-made holiday that's centered around family, friends, food, and, of course, gratitude, it's almost a preview of Christmas. Family comes together and we remember everything we have to be thankful for - it's right there in the name! That's why we here at Good News Pest Solutions have a hard time calling it "turkey day." It's just not the same.

And we have to say, in 2020, we need as much gratitude and thankfulness as we can find. It's time to focus on the positive and look to the future - a new year with potentially new vaccines is just a few weeks away. This weekend also marks the first Sunday of Advent - a time of looking forward to hope.

To give our employees and their families time to reflect and relax, we'll be closed Thursday and Friday. We know you'll probably do some shopping, but, regardless, try to hold on to that spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving.

Thanks for being our customers, our friends, and our extended family. We are so thankful for the privilege of protecting your families and homes with our green pest solutions.
